A special opportunity to be held in the earth within this beautiful underground Kiva space - while being immersed in peaceful, harmonic sounds of the universe. Upon arriving to the Kiva, a potent nervous system supporting herbal elixir will be offered to allow our systems to relax even more deeply. Participants are encouraged to bring water and comfortable pads, pillows, blankets, eye covering, a favorite meditation cushion, and anything that can help to support deep relaxation while laying down or sitting for a little over an hour.
