We  will open with meditative movement to balance and relax the body, open the heart and allow the Qi (energy) to flow freely.  Then we will  lay down in a comfy nest and Gong Master Brian Dickinson will  intuitively guide a journey through sound with a variety of gongs, singing bowls, handpan, chimes, and more.  As we are immersed in the  cosmic ocean of sound; these vibrations massage each cell of our body,  calm our nervous systems, and help us to reach a blissful state of relaxation.
