Brian will be intuitively guiding a journey through sound with a variety of gongs, singing bowls, bells, ancient whistles, handpan, chimes, and more.  As we are immersed in the cosmic ocean of sound;  these vibrations massage each cell of our body and calm our nervous systems.  The harmonic resonance created by the gong tones allow us to easily drop into a blissful, peaceful state of relaxation.

Please bring a comfortable nest to lay down for about 1 hour and 15 minutes (sleeping pad / yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye covering) and water
